• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not share your password. We will never ask for your social network password.
• You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
• By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method.
• If your order involves a subscription, it will renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel via your account or by contacting support.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to platform constraints or third-party changes. When advertised, “refill” or “replacement” guarantees cover drops within the timeframe shown on the product page. We reserve the right to verify order details and eligibility for refills.

We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms that may affect your order.

Refunds may be provided at our discretion in accordance with the applicable laws and our policies. Contact support for assistance. We do not refund completed or partially fulfilled orders unless otherwise stated.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENEON LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eveneon LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
